蓄電池活化再生裝置適用于各種電力設備

蓄電池活化儀(以下(xia)簡稱活化儀),是(shi)一款多功能型(xing)蓄電池維(wei)護(hu)維(wei)修檢測的(de)設備(bei),是(shi)對(dui)蓄電池進行(xing)日常維(wei)護(hu)不可缺少的(de)好幫手。設備(bei)體(ti)積小,方便移動(dong)操(cao)作。在電力(li)、金融、通信(xin)、汽車、地鐵、大型(xing)工(gong)廠等行(xing)業有(you)著(zhu)廣泛的(de)應用。

本設備(bei)可(ke)以在(zai)線(xian)或者離線(xian)使用(yong),同時兼容(rong)2V6V(根據客戶要求定做)12V電(dian)池。

電池充電

可(ke)編程(cheng)對(dui)單體電池進行充電,編程(cheng)內容包括:電池編號(hao),電池類型選擇(ze),充電電流,充電時間,限壓;

充(chong)(chong)電(dian)方(fang)式:自動對蓄電(dian)池(chi)按照編(bian)程(cheng)值(zhi)進行三段式充(chong)(chong)電(dian):恒流—恒壓—浮(fu)充(chong)(chong);

當(dang)滿足充(chong)(chong)電(dian)時間(jian)或是充(chong)(chong)電(dian)完成(cheng)都(dou)會停止充(chong)(chong)電(dian),顯示充(chong)(chong)電(dian)完畢。

恒流充電時,電流以0.1C進行充電(dian),當(dang)(dang)電(dian)壓(ya)超過限(xian)壓(ya)時轉化(hua)為恒壓(ya)充電(dian),當(dang)(dang)電(dian)流(liu)小于0.005C時轉化為浮充,曲線圖如下(xia)圖所示:

電池放電

放電方式:恒流放電,低于(yu)限壓或(huo)是(shi)放電時(shi)間到時(shi)停止放電,顯(xian)示(shi)放電完畢;

實時顯(xian)示放(fang)電動態過程(cheng)信息;

溫度檢測,超(chao)出設定(ding)值自動啟動風(feng)扇進行散熱(re);

電池活化

可編程對單(dan)體電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)進行(xing)活化,編程內容包括:電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)編號,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)類(lei)型選擇(ze),充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)限壓(ya)(上限),放電(dian)(dian)(dian)限壓(ya)(下限),充(chong)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)循環次數,每(mei)個循環的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時間,放電(dian)(dian)(dian)時間,放電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流;

活化(hua)方式:逐個循環按照編程值執行,放(fang)電(dian)(dian)完畢(bi)以低于限壓或是放(fang)電(dian)(dian)設(she)定(ding)時(shi)間到(dao)自動停(ting)止,充電(dian)(dian)完畢(bi)以充電(dian)(dian)設(she)定(ding)時(shi)間到(dao)或是充電(dian)(dian)完畢(bi)為準,;

實時(shi)顯示活化動態過程(cheng)信息(xi);

溫度監測,超出設(she)定值(zhi)自動啟(qi)動風(feng)扇進行(xing)散熱(re);

內阻測試(shi)

可編程對單體電池(chi)進行內阻測(ce)試(shi),編程內容包括:電池(chi)編號(hao),電池(chi)類(lei)型選(xuan)擇(ze),測(ce)試(shi)電流。
