不能將電(dian)壓端(duan)子(zi)線插到電(dian)流端(duan)子(zi)口(kou)上,否(fou)則(ze)會損壞儀器;

不能將電流(liu)端(duan)子(zi)線插到電壓端(duan)子(zi)口上,否則會損壞儀器;

正確選(xuan)擇電(dian)流(liu)量程,電(dian)流(liu)量程一般不要超(chao)過額定值的 220%

每只鉗(qian)表分正負端(duan):“+”端表示電流進(jin)、“-”端表示電流(liu)出;

不(bu)(bu)同(tong)相儀(yi)器的鉗表不(bu)(bu)要互(hu)換使用,否則會影(ying)響測量精度;

儀器使用中嚴格按(an)照操作流程進行(xing)

開啟(qi)儀(yi)器電源→接儀(yi)器端測試(shi)線(xian)→接電能表端測試(shi)線(xian)及鉗表→設置校驗(yan)參(can)數→校驗(yan)→拆除(chu)電能表端測試(shi)線(xian)→關閉儀(yi)器→拆除(chu)儀(yi)器端測試(shi)線(xian)。

注:鉗表“+”為電流流進方(fang)向“-”為電流流出方(fang)向。

2.5  接線

校驗單相電能表接線方法:

現場(chang)帶負荷

儀器測電能表(biao)“火”線(xian)接到儀器+端(duan)口(kou), “零”線接到儀(yi)器-端口;鉗表線接(jie)到(dao)儀器(qi)“鉗表1”或“鉗(qian)表(biao)2” 端口;脈沖(chong)輸入裝置接到儀器“脈沖(chong)”端口。

1、 當儀器從火線(xian)的進線(xian)口(kou)取電壓時,鉗表應接(jie)到火線(xian)出(chu)線(xian)上,否(fou)則會影響校驗(yan)誤差準確度;

2、 當儀器從火線的出線口取電(dian)壓時,鉗表應接到(dao)火線進線上,否則會影響校(xiao)驗(yan)誤差(cha)準確度。

N指來多少(shao)次(ci)脈沖儀器計(ji)算(suan)一次(ci)誤差。具體到機械式電能表,就是來多少(shao)次(ci)黑標計(ji)算(suan)一次(ci)誤差(值得注意的(de)是在手(shou)動方式下(xia),來多(duo)少次(ci)黑(hei)標按一(yi)下(xia)手(shou)動開關);

光電(手動(dong))脈沖采(cai)樣方式;(注:光(guang)電頭和脈沖線都是用(yong)光(guang)電采(cai)樣模式)

輸 入:指的(de)是(shi)電流采樣(yang)方式(需輸入變比數值,如果是(shi)直通表變比值為1:1,其他情(qing)況依據現場TA變比輸入);

變比:互(hu)感(gan)器(qi)銘牌所(suo)標稱的值。

誤(wu)差:電(dian)(dian)能(neng)表(biao)現場(chang)校驗產(chan)生(sheng)的誤差參數。儀器根據(ju)輸入的電(dian)(dian)能(neng)表(biao)產(chan)生(sheng)和(he)采集到的電(dian)(dian)能(neng)表(biao)參數經過高(gao)精準計(ji)算處理(li)的電(dian)(dian)能(neng)表(biao)的計(ji)量(liang)(liang)計(ji)算的電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)值和(he)實際電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)比值誤差值)顯(xian)示電(dian)(dian)表(biao)三個連續(xu)誤差。

電流輸出及功(gong)率因數:在無負荷情況下校(xiao)表,儀器(qi)可(ke)輸(shu)出模擬負載;模擬負載數值可(ke)進行設置選擇。

手動選擇(ze)供電模(mo)式:

儀(yi)器(qi)在手動選擇供(gong)電(dian)(dian)模式(shi)下,儀(yi)器(qi)儀(yi)器(qi)屏幕右(you)下角供(gong)電(dian)(dian)模式(shi)標識(shi)為紅色向上的小插頭(tou)圖標(如圖:)按(an)【F4】即可切換為電池供電。

儀器在(zai)自動(dong)選擇供電(dian)(dian)(dian)模式下,在(zai)沒有適配(pei)器供電(dian)(dian)(dian)的情況下,儀器自動(dong)選擇在(zai)線端子供電(dian)(dian)(dian),供電(dian)(dian)(dian)模式標識顯示為向上黃色(se)小插頭(tou)圖標,如上圖所示。

適配器供電

手動選擇供電模式:

儀器在手動選(xuan)擇供電(dian)(dian)模式(shi)下,接(jie)上適(shi)配(pei)器時(shi)適(shi)配(pei)器就會給電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)。

自動選擇(ze)供電(dian)模式:

儀器(qi)在(zai)自動選擇(ze)供電模式下(xia),插上適配器(qi)這(zhe)時儀器(qi)就會自動選擇(ze)從適配器(qi)供電工(gong)作。

2.10 充(chong)電

給儀器(qi)(qi)充電(dian)有(you)三種方式分別為電(dian)壓端子(zi)充電(dian)線給儀器(qi)(qi)電(dian)池充電(dian),校驗現場電(dian)壓給儀器(qi)(qi)電(dian)池充電(dian)還有(you)一種是通過適配(pei)器(qi)(qi)給儀器(qi)(qi)電(dian)池充電(dian);

儀器電(dian)池充電(dian),大約需8小時能給電(dian)池(chi)充滿電(dian);滿電(dian)池(chi)狀態大約能維持儀器4小時(shi)無間斷(duan)工作。

端子充(chong)電線

1、電(dian)壓端子(zi)充電(dian)線的紅色端接到U端(duan)口,黑線接到(dao)儀器U端(duan)口(kou);

2、在開啟儀器按【系(xi)統】鍵,再按【4】進入充電管理界面(mian);

3、端子充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)接上電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,儀器充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)管(guan)理界面(mian)就會顯示電(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流數值。

校驗現場充(chong)電

1、在現場校驗界面按【F4】鍵(jian),界(jie)面會提示“由(you)電池供(gong)電模式換……

2、當屏幕儀器(qi)儀器(qi)屏右下角供電(dian)模式(shi)標(biao)識為紅色小插頭(tou)圖標(biao)時,儀器(qi)使用校驗現場(chang)電(dian)源供電(dian)模式(shi)并為儀器(qi)電(dian)池(chi)充(chong)電(dian)。

注:在室內校驗臺上使用儀器時,請選擇供電方式為電池或適配器供電,通過電壓端子供電會影響校驗臺的電壓輸出精度或諧波。

2.11  液晶屏(ping)對比度(du)的調整

由于液晶屏本身的技術特性,其對(dui)(dui)比度(du)會隨(sui)環(huan)境溫(wen)(wen)度(du)改變而變化。為適應(ying)不同的工作(zuo)環(huan)境溫(wen)(wen)度(du),儀器設置了液晶屏對(dui)(dui)比度(du)調(diao)節功能;可以調(diao)整屏幕對(dui)(dui)比度(du)選擇*適合工作(zuo)環(huan)境的*佳顯(xian)示(shi)效果,按【↑】屏幕亮度(du)增大,【↓】屏幕亮度(du)降低。在使用電池供(gong)電時,降低顯(xian)示(shi)亮度(du)會延長(chang)電池供(gong)電時間(jian)。

2.12  字符輸入(ru)、刪除(chu)

輸入字符

進入(ru)(ru)設(she)置(zhi)狀態,把光標移到所需輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)字符(fu)處,按“切(qie)(qie)換”鍵切(qie)(qie)換輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)模式,再按“切(qie)(qie)換”儀器屏幕右下角出現圖(tu)標(biao)為(wei)漢字輸入模(mo)式,出現圖標為小(xiao)寫字母輸入模式,出(chu)現圖標為大(da)寫(xie)字母輸入模式,出現圖標(biao)為阿拉伯數字(zi)(zi)輸(shu)入模(mo)式。在系統(tong)管(guan)理輸(shu)入速度(du)項中有字(zi)(zi)符(fu)輸(shu)入速度(du)設置(zhi)(zhi)功能(詳(xiang)見系統(tong)管(guan)理中輸(shu)入速度(du)設置(zhi)(zhi)說明)。

例(li):在用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)信(xin)息用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)名輸入“飛達”

把光標移到(dao)用戶信(xin)息(xi)項的用戶名設置項上,按【切(qie)換】鍵,看到(dao)儀器(qi)屏幕(mu)右(you)下角出(chu)現小圖(tu)標即(ji)是(shi)(shi)漢(han)字(zi)輸入模(mo)式,漢(han)字(zi)輸入是(shi)(shi)使用手機常用的T9漢(han)字(zi)輸入法。

使用鍵盤輸入“fei” 器屏幕右下角出(chu)現

通過“←、→”鍵移動(dong)光標到“飛”字上(shang)按【確認】鍵

輸(shu)入“da”

通過“←、→”鍵(jian)移動光(guang)標到“達”字上(shang)按(an)【確認】鍵(jian)

注:當前頁找(zhao)不到自己(ji)需要的漢字可以通過(guo)按“↑、↓”進行翻頁(ye)進行查找(zhao)。儀(yi)器(qi)中的漢(han)字(zi)庫(ku)可進行升級(詳見系統管(guan)理U盤(pan)管理說明)

字符刪除

刪除所(suo)輸入的(de)字(zi)符(fu),把光標移到所(suo)需要刪除字(zi)符(fu)處,按(an)【F4】鍵進行刪除。

例(li)如:把保存校驗(yan)(yan)數據中(zhong)用(yong)戶信息中(zhong)的校驗(yan)(yan)員(yuan)“飛達”兩個(ge)漢字刪除

通過【←↑→↓】把光標移到“飛達”后,按【F4】鍵刪除。在這種(zhong)狀態下按一(yi)下【F4】 鍵(jian)即刪除一個(ge)文字(zi)。
